SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are sent to courier once the request is finalized and payment has been confirmed. Counting from the day after the payment is made, it can take up to 7 business days for an order to be shipped. If your order is made right before or right after a holiday, this timing may slightly increase.
If you need the delivery to be made by a certain date or on a holiday, please let us know in advance. Please contact us by e-mail, using the e-mail address indicated on the contact information page.
We make sure we pack all your shipments in the best possible way and we cooperate with a clear courier service of Portugal, but we cannot be held responsible for the work and terms of third parties and companies.
For every order we ship, we send you the parcel track number in order for you to track your order.
Every step of our work is done manually. And we try our best to avoid plastics in packaging.
We are an independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Exchange or Return a Product
Please note that each one of our pieces is unique so will never be exactly equal like the ones you see on the photos.
If you wish to exchange or return any item bought at Luna, please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the goods. Must inform us the new product desired or the return reason.
We can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in the original conditions and in the original package we have sent.
The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and we can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of a mistake or damaged product from Luna's side.
After returning the piece, the money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.
Please note that all online purchases must be exchanged by the process below. Our retailers will not accept exchanges.
